Fun

“You can be serious without a suit”. We are in the very serious business of banking and capital markets advisory and technology consulting but this doesn’t mean we can’t have a good time doing it. We believe in a healthy work-life balance and striving to be a welcoming workplace.

We are a very diverse organization that’s reflective of our customer base. We believe that diverse teams perform better than teams that lack diversity. At Step Forward, everyone’s unique ideas, backgrounds, and perspectives are valued and believe that this leads to better customer experience.

Giving Back

Giving back is core to who we are and everyone here is involved in a small or large way. Fundamental to our belief is that everyone can and should do something no matter how small.

We fundamentally believe that we must give back to the community to help others in need. Not just our team members as individuals but also as a company. For example during the CCP shortage at the beginning of the 2020 lockdown, we joined The Visor Army in their efforts to make 10’000 much needed visors for front line staff.  

In addition to our individual support efforts, we really wanted to find something that would become a continuous contribution from the company. There are many ways to contribute to and support the community. After much research and deep thought, we decided to join Pledge 1% and donate 1% of our profits to charity every year. 

This year we have pledged to give 1% of our profits to UNICEF.
